Outlook- multiple accounts- how to respond from account sent?

does anyone know how to manage multiple accounts in
Outlook 2000?

I know how to get the email from many-- what I don't know
how to do is respond from the account the email came in
to.

Can someone help?

When you respond to an e-mail, the address that it was sent to will
automatically be the sending address; when you compose a new message, the
default address will be the sending address, but you can choose to change it
before sending it.
