Hi

I have a friend who, when he writes email, sometimes when
he presses 'enter' his name apears in square brackets -
in bold/italic typeface - with a line to itself.

Looks like this:

[Fred Bloggs]

How do i turn it off?

(Is it something to do with sharing identities????)
Can anyone help???

Sounds like he is using Word as his mail editor and
has "Track Changes" enabled,
OR....and I think this is more likely, has enabled "Mark
my comments with" in "tools' "Options" "E-mail Options"
(this is the path in Outlook 03)
