Any time outlook 2003 is opened on our secretary's machine, two instances
are launched. The shortcut has been re-created and looks normal. We're
pretty sure it's not an errant mouse click or double-click that's launching
the second copy.
Any clues, informed guesses, tips, etc. as to how or why this is happening
or what to look for in determining that?
