Outlook new profile

Is there a way of showing the E-mail that I have sent when I press the TO
button after I have created or copied a new outlook profile.

Yes. Locate the NK2 file (in the usually-hidden folder
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook) whose name matches the old mail profile and
either rename it or copy it to match the name of the new mail profile. Do
this while Outlook is closed, of course.
