I’m trying to set up a new user on our server. All seems to have gone fine,
but when I try to open Outlook on his pc I get the following message “Cannot
start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the outlook window. The set
of folders could not be opened.â€
If I log onto his pc as its previous user, Outlook is fine and happy. If I
log in as a different user, whose account works fine elsewhere, I get the
same message.
We’re running XP Pro, Office 2003 and Exchange.
Any ideas what is going on?
