Outlook- Norton Antispam link quit after I clicked "..spam.."

I clicked on "This is SPAM" for an inbox message that was SPAM using the
Norton Toolbar with buttons to label items as "SPAM", "not SPAM" or to
"empty the Norton antispam folder ".

Norton asked me on a pop up to confirm they should add the sender to the
blocked list and i clicked YES.

Those buttons are most useful because they update Norton's blocked/allowed
spam sender lists. Later, I noticed that the Norton toolbar had disappeared
from OUTLOOK before I closed Outlook! How can I restore this toolbar and its
buttons to update my Norton lists with proper spam ids? ?
