Hello,
I am trying to archive a subfolder under inbox. I highlighted that
folder then went to "File" --> "Archive". I used today's date as the
cutoff date. Outlook appeared to be archiving according to the status
bar on the bottom right corner. but after that the folder didn't
change at all.
I don't have any problems archiving when the emails are inside "inbox"
or "sent box". I don't know why it's a problem when it's in a
subfolder.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
