I cannot believe I have been all over the Net today and there is not a
solution for this.
Using Outlook 2003 I am trying to create a Single view into one
calendar.
-I have 6 calendars each for different projects.
-I want to roll them up into one calendar so that I can see all of the
dates side by side in the same calendar. (not the lay each calendar
side by side like Outlook recommends)
-I DO NOT want to do the drag and drop option as the times on each of
the 6 calendars are in flux and change constantly.
Is there not something that could ...
- Just present an overarching (read only even) view into the 6
calendars. Parent child type relationship?
- Maybe sync from each of the 6 project calendar into the master
calendar.
I cannot believe that with all of the tools out there nothing exists to
roll outlook calendards up into one view.
The closest (and not very secure solution) I have found is to use
Plaxo.com and set the sync for the 6 calendars to Plaxo and then use
Plaxo as the overarching view. That said I am not very comfortable with
this information out on Plaxo and wish I could just do this locally.
