Outlook not printing correctly

I have Outlook 2003 and when I print an html message it prints out smaller
than the original size and everything is aligned right.

So only the right half of the paper is being printed on and the font has
shrunk down.

This only happens with HTML emails. Plain text emails print fine and other
documents print fine. The problem is in Outlook somewhere
