outlook not receiving

My Outlook 2003 comes up with an error message when trying to receive my
e-mails from my pop3 connection.

It says to contact my ISP, I have, reloaded the settings but still no
change, they say its a Microsoft Problem, has worked fine for two years, then
stopped after getting an automatic update a month ago.

Emails send fine?

And the exact text of that message is?

Brian,

I took your suggestion and did a Restore previous to my Microsoft update
from last week and my email is now working correctly. There's a bug in the
last update for Outlook 2007, and probably 2003 too (cause some posts are
from 2003 users with the same problem)
