Outlook Not Responding

For a few weeks now - it is getting progressively worse - outlook has been
"crashing". It started with just not being able to send [receive was fine].
So I researched my webmail & found new settings that I could use since the
default 80 was no longer working. Then I could send.

Then it intermittently stops sending & receiving altogether in one of my
email accounts, not the other - so again I thought it was a setting issue
with my main email account]

Now it totally locks up & when I quit it goes & looks for a solution &
restarts [this can happen several times a day]

To say the least, this is an extremely frustrating way to do business - I
keep having to log on to webmail account when I urgently need to send
something and outlook won't cooperate

This seems to have started after this update

I wouldn't think this would be the cause but at this point I am willing to
try anything - Plus the fact that numerous Outlook updates have occurred
since then & my problem is only getting worse... unless these updates were
trying to fix a problem and only exacerbated it - anyone else having such
luck?
