We are currently experiencing an issue with one user who performs a search
with the builtin search in Outlook 2003 SP3. She searches her sent items for
a very general term and the search results are excluding the current year.
From testing, it's been narrowed down to be an issue contained within her
windows profile. Aside from recreating her profile, any ideas on a
resolution or what could cause this? Thanks!
