Outlook not sending attachments

We have a client site that is having either an unusual Outlook issue or
possible routing issue. They have a Cisco Router that is there Primary
Gateway and a 3rd Party Router/Firewall that is there Internet Gateway. When
the users PC's are setup to use the Cisco Router as there Primary Gateway
they can not send email with attachments using Outlook but when you change
the gGteway the PC's are using to the 3rd Party Router/Firewall they can send
email with Attachments with no problem. They had been working fine with the
Cisco Router as there Primary Gateway for a few years and we have not made
any changes or updates to the Cisco Router and 3rd Party states they have not
made any changes to there Router/Firewall. The PC's use DNS Servers 4.2.2.2
and 4.2.2.1 which are well known public DNS Servers that we typically do not
use except for testing purposes but there 3rd Party use these for this
client and stated they have been using them for quite some time now. Has
anyone run into a simialar issue like this that may know what is causing this
problem. Thanks.
