outlook not sending emails

I need help!

Everytime I send an email...it gives me an error message and I'm not sure
how to fix it...please help here is the error message...

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: hello
Sent: 6/5/2008 1:28 PM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

'[email protected]' on 6/5/2008 1:28 PM
553 sorry, relaying denied from your location [76.231.36.94]

In the email account, you must enter:
POP3: The POP3 server that belong to the account you want to receive
from.
SMTP: MUST be the SMTP server of your current ISP !!!

To avoid spam, don't mention true email addresses.
