Outlook not shoeing picturs in email

Hi

Exchange 2003/outlook 2003. OL 2003 on one of the PCs is not showing the
pictures in emails instead a red cross appears. I have reduced macro
security settings to Low and Internet Zone Security to Medium but still no
luck. What is the problem and how can I fix it?
