Outlook not working HELP

I have opened a yahoo business account. When trying to
set up email on outlook but will not allow me send or
recieve. I can use Outlook Express with no problems so I
am sure there is no problems with the set ups. Please
help. MS Outlook would work much better for us.

What error messages do you get? Does the Event Log contain anything? If
you enable logging in Outlook, what appears in the logs? Have you contacted
Yahoo! for help?
