The Notes Folder is a fantastic idea but is not near as robust as
would like it to be.
I find the Notes Folder useful for keeping information such as--
"Outlookforum.com
User ID: xxxxx
Password: xxxxx"
"Ebay.com
User Id: xxxx
Password: xxxx"
If you set the note folder so that it is "always on top" you can easil
have the web site login screen and the -Note- on the screen at the sam
time.
HANDICAPS[/B]
1. I HAVE SERVERAL HUNDRED OF THESE NOTES AND KEEP PRINTED COPIES IN M
ORGANIZER. IT WOULD BE NICE IF THE NOTES FOLDER WOULD PRINT THRE
COLUMNS PER PAGE (INSTEAD OF ONE)AS OUTLOOK CONTACTS DOES FRO
VIEW/DETAIL CARDS.
2. NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WOULD BE NICE IF SUCH INFORMATION WAS PASSWOR
PROTECTED: ACCESS TO THE FOLDER, AND/OR, EACH NOTE.
3. FOR SOME REASON I CANNOT SEEM TO EXPORT THE NOTES INTO EXCELL IN
SUITABLE SPREADSHEET.

or use VBA to get the desired results?
