Outlook Notes Icon

Hello, in outllok 2003 under Notes I have two different icons. One is the
normal square with the bottom left corner slightly lifted. However, I also
have another icon which is lighter yellow in color, and looks like a square
turned on its side (think diamond shape). Also, the icon has what looks like
writing across the yellow part to simulate that is it a note. Why is this?
How can I select to use the new icon?

Configuration: Windows XP Pro SP2, Office 2003

I think you made some notes in your phone or PDA and those have a different
icon.

That "Yellow" icon is the result of either a note created in Outlook 2000 (or
maybe 2002) or on a Windows Mobile device and synched to Outlook.
