Outlook (Office 2000) settings transfer.

Hi all, Really stumped here. I have installed a new harddrive onto my pc and
a clean install of Vista Home Premium. This was done as XP got infected and I
felt the time was right.

The problem I now have is I need to transfer Outlook from the old drive to
the new one. I have both drives in the same pc. I have instaled office on the
new drive, but I can not seem to fine all the config files, i.e .pst .iaf
..dat etc etc. I have found a useful page here
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA010549451033.aspx but it does not
tell me where all the files are now stored in Vista.

To complicate things further I have several user accounts on my pc and seem
to be able to get one users messages and contacts installed on the Vista
drive, I think this is due to only being able to find 1 copy of messages.pst
and Outcmd.dat files on the old drive.

Anyone have any ideas please????

1. Outlook 2000 on Vista will always have problems. The only supported Office/Outlook versions for Vista are 2003 and 2007.

2. All of your data is in the .pst file. You can put it anywhere you want or even leave it on the old drive. Rename the default .pst file created when you installed Outlook and then open it. When it complains, point it to your saved .pst file.
