OUTLOOK OFFLINE FILES

Does anyone know how to set up outlook so the personal
folder is an offline file. That way when I leave the
home, all of the appointments I placed on the desktop
will be on the laptop

Offline files are for use with Exchange. Your .pst file is already
"offline" - how do you propose transferring the files from your desktop to
your laptop? CD? Zip disk? Thumb drive?

I would do it like I do my document folder Place them
Click to expand...
in a directory and map the drive. Then sync the laptop
with the desktop before I leave the office That way
outlook works off the identical pst folder...
