I am trying to help a user with Outlook 2003. She has high speed internet
and her outlook should always be online.
She claims that Outlook goes to offline mode without her making this change.
Is this possible?
I am new to Outlook myself so I can't think of any reason why this might be
happening. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
