Outlook OLE Registration Error

When I open OUtlooko, I get the following error message,
followed by an Outlook shutdown when clicking Yes:

An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not
correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program.

I have tried a number of recommended fixes, none seem to
work. Can someone provide some help? Additonal details:

Win98SE, Outlook 2000
