I have a remote user who is running Win98SE with Outlook
2002 on an Exchange server. We have a VPN set up. The
user can log in to the VPN; access the internet; access a
shared document drive but her Outlook will not open. I
have tried to get into Outlook properties, but the
functions in properties will not respond. (I attemped to
remove a incorrect profile, but the hourglass comes up and
nothing ever happenns. How do I troubleshoot this? I
appreciate any help you can give me.
