Outlook Open gives error

Hi guys ,
we are working on citrix servers with HP Thin clients as
the clients.
When somebody attempted to open the outlook the following
error was thrown .
Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook.Unable to open the outlook
window.The set of Folders could not be opened .The service
is not available .
plz help
