Outlook Opens Closes need 2 reboots

When I reboot and open Outlook opens, I see the Inbox, and it
immediatley closes. It then needs 2 reboots to start and stay open.

I'm running Windows XP and Outlook 2000 (from Office 2000).

Can anyone help????
