Outlook opens & immediately closes down.

I ran MISCONFIG.exe & went to Selective Mode, hid Microsoft applications &
disabled the rest. Outlook opened. How do I find the program that is in
conflict with Outlook?

Enable them one by one until you find the culprit. Fax software, addins,
sync software and malware protections suites are often a cause of this.

The software seems to have set itself right on its own, after all the trouble
I went thru trying to rectify the problem. Outlook opened in Normal Mode.
Don't know how & why. Anyway, thanks for your reply. Will keep that in mind
if & when the problem recurs.
