Outlook opens when I turn on my wireless antenna switch.

I only started having this problem when I installed Outlook 2003.

When I flip the switch on my laptop to turn the antenna on for the
wireless card, Outlook 2003 opens. I just reloaded my entire laptop for
other reasons and as soon as I loaded Outlook 2003, it started doing it
again.

Any ideas as to what is causing this?

The laptop is a Toshiba P25-s509
