Outlook - operation failed

When I send/receive, I get the following "operation failed. An object could
not be found." I have installed Outlook and Business Contact Manager on my
laptop and it was fine. The same installation on a new HP and I can not
send/receive.

I have reinstalled and this does not fix the problem.
