When you try to compose a message in Outlook it hangs or actually Word hangs.
We have discovered that you have to open Word do the run once stuff and then
and only then can you compose a message in Outlook. Other than not using
Word as our editor or telling our users they have to open Word first, does
anyone have a solution.
