There seems to be a limit on the number of rules, so one does not want to
create a new rule for each adressee--one wants to add new addressees to an
existing rule. This does not imply that one wishes to add them to one's
contact list.
Currently, one may choose among contact lists for each ISP for which Outlook
is active, but adding addresses found in the inbox to this drop-down list
would make it easier to modify existing rules.
This would also be helpful to new users who discover "organize" rules after
accumulating a large number of emails.
