renamed folders and deleted folders still choices on organize menu

I've deleted some and renamed other folders in my inbox in Outlook 2002.
Whenever I click in to "Organize" when creating rules to send emails into
specific folders, the drop down menu for my folder choices still offers the
folder names that have been deleted or renamed.

How do I clear this list or refresh it with the correct choices?

It's not that I can't choose a correct or valid folder name, but I need to
purge the ones that no longer exist from my available choices.
