Outlook, other OFFICE2003Pro programs are not the traditional blue

I have just upgraded to Media Center 2005. I have been using Office 2003
Professional for quite a while on my Win XP Pro SP2 machine for a while.
When I upgraded to MCE2005 and installed Office 2003 Pro, I noticed that the
look of any Office program did not have the distinctive blue template on the
toolbars and menus. Outlook looks especially terrible. The loss of the blue
background, menu and toolbars makes it very difficult to see (maybe I am
unusual, but I think it makes it tough to get around).
