Outlook Out of Memory - preview pane won't show

Hello all,
I've got a computer that has a gig of RAM and plenty of VM. Outlook when
opened says that it is low on memory and when you try to open your mail it
won't open them with the same error.

Any ideas on what I can try:

(Already have done a restart, adjusted the VM, checked the startup files on
the system via MSCONFIG.)

Sorry to bug you again about this but the PGP email program that you speak
about, we have the PGP program on but not one that is just for email? Is that
ok? Do we need it, because I know we will have to reinstall it.
