Outlook Outbox

I have a email that contains a large attachment that will not mail. I want
to delete it but when I try to delete the system tells me can not delete
because it is in the process of sending the email. The email has been in my
out box for 24 hours and as a result the system is very slow and not able to
process other activity. How do I correct this problem?

Place Outlook Offline by File-> Work Offline and restart Outlook. You should
now be able to delete it.
