I have a client who tried to send an email through the wrong email account,
so he deleted that message out of his outbox. You would think that
everything would be okay, except his outlook keeps trying to send this email
message through the wrong account even though there is nothing in the outbox.
He is able to send other emails through his other account, but every five
minutes it is trying to send the deleted message and it keeps displaying the
error. Does anyone have any suggestions? FYI: Both of his accounts are
setup in the same profile and he is using outlook 2003
