I use (sorry to say.. but better pricing issue) AOL Broadband for connectivity.
But I use Outlook for regular email. I have access to an SMTP server so I can
send and receive messages (long story and I won't go into all the details), but
I have Outlook Express configured exactly the same way (with POP server and
SMTP servers settings). Outlook works, OE doesn't. I would be happy to go
into more ideas if anyone has a minute to talk about it and think they may have
a clue why it's acting this wierd.
