Outlook password not requested

I've set up a password for my outlook.pst file, but when I open Outlook, it
allows my entry without requesting the password, and I'm afraid of other,
occasional users of my PC getting into my Outlook info. Am I missing
something?

When you close Outlook, ensure that it is not still running in memory.
