Outlook Password

I have Outlook 2002 on my computer...with Windows 95.
Other people need to obtain information from my computer
but I do not want them to be able to access my e-mail. Is
it possible to setup a login & password for Outlook 2002?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I assume you are not using Exchange Server mailbox. I think you can set a
password for each ".PST" (Personal Folder) file you use, so that if also
people can copy your email's file they cannot use without password.
In Outlook, if you go on Property dialog window for personal folder,
"Advanced..." button, you can set new password for it.
Pay attention not to save password; you will have to enter it every time you
open Outlook.

The mailbox is on the an exchange server, but our IT
service is contracted offsite and is hard to get in touch
with. Do you know how to setup an ID/password for a user
on an exchange server? Thanks for the help!
