Outlook PCS Compatible with XP????

Using Widows 2000, Outlook 2002 and Outlook PCS OK.
Contacts are Synchronised with Server and all Outlook
Folders available Offline


Upgrade to Windows XP Professional, Office XP (Outlook
2002) and Outlook PCS. OK on line. Using PC offline lose
Outlook PCS Contact folder flags. Plus cannot re input
Outlook PCS Contact folder flags to synchronise offline.
Please help
