I am getting frustrated with my office outlook. Everytime
I log in using my outlook application I'm getting this
error message:
---------------------------
WMS Idle: OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error
---------------------------
The instruction at "0x3462a677" referenced memory
at "0x00000001". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
---------------------------
OK Cancel
---------------------------
I have logged this issue to my company's IT department.
Unfortunately, they haven't resolved this issue. Refer to
all possible work-arounds that didnt work: (1) Machine
was reformatted (2) Everytime the user's name was used
the outlook application closes (3) Tried to use other
accounts on the same machine, outlook client opens
without any problem (4) User is currently using webmail
(5) his enterprise ID account and the account is okay.
This is an outlook abnormality that even my IT department
cannot resolve. I need help fast. I've been working via
my webmail account for two weeks now. Its not something
I'd like to do permanently.
