1. Delete the files outcmd.dat and extend.dat. Try opening Outlook again.
If that doesn't work:
2. Create a new profile (Start, Control Panels, Mail)
If that doesn't work:
3. Start Outlook from the command line (Start, Run). Type outlook.exe /safe
