I'm unable to move messages between folders. I get this message: The file
C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS ................. has reached maximum size. To
reduce amount of data in this file, select some items you no longer need and
then permanently delete by pressing SHIFT + DELETE. Also you could consider
using the new Outlook Personal Folder file (.pst) introduced with Outlook
2003 that provides greater capacity for storing items and folders. First of
all, I never had Outlook 2003. I upgraded from 2000 to 2007. Second of all, I
have no idea what or where the .pst file is located, nor do I know how to use
it. I have deleted as many items as I could without losing important
information. What do I do now? I can neither send nor receive e-mail.

an outlook 2003 pst is the same type that outlook 2007 can use. Go to
tools, account settings, data file and Add a new one - don't choose the
outlook 97-2002 type. Set the new one as default and restart outlook.
