Outlook Personal Folders Backup Tool

D

I installed the tool but when I exit and it starts backup, a dialog box pops
up asking "Please insert a disk into Drive D:", which is my DVD drive. This
might make sense if I instructed it to back up to CD or DVD, but my backup
destination is set for a folder on my E drive, which is a partition on a
secondary internal hard drive. I've checked my backup settings.

If I put in a cd, I get an error:
D:\ is not accessible. Incorrect function.

If I click cancel, the folders are still not backed up.

I tried uninstalling the tool, and then reinstalling...nothing helps.

What can I do?
