Outlook Personal Folders

Incoming mail will stay in my mailbox for a long time
before being delivered to the inbox in my personal folders.

This just started to happen, how do I fix it, so the mail
is delivered to the personal folder, as soon as it is
received??

Where is your default delivery location? What version of Outlook?
