outlook + pictures attached

Is there an option to make it easier to see pictures in an e-mail? I now
have to open an attachment for some, while others are in the e-mail. Is
there a way to automatically open an attachment that is on an e-mail?

I posted this once, but lost the answer. (I'm one of those people who delete
everything-sorry)
