Outlook plugin failure to login

I have a Project server setup and am attempting to use
the Outlook plugin to import and export task assignments.
I am using the Windows Login feature of the plugin and
although I can run the "test connection," and receive a
successful connection message, as soon as I click on
the "Import new assignment" button, I receive a "Login
Failed" message with not other explaination.
I can log inro the server through explorer and see all of
my tasks and assignments, but I have not been able to
connect through Outlook,
Configuration:
OS - Windows XP SP2 RC2
Outlook 2003
Project Server 2003 with sharepoint server 2003
Any ideas?

Hi Vinny,

Is anyone else having this problem? I thinkg (although i am guessing here),
that this might be to do with configuration setting:
PWA --> Admin --> Server configuration --> Integration With External
Timesheet System (in the features selection box).
