Outlook preview pane should sync "Safe Senders" regular view.

When I add a Safe Sender after reading their email, I can then view the HTML
they send in the email. I have the Preference set to view the Preview of the
email in my display, and I have to also add them as a Safe Sender in the
Preview pane. Seems redundant.
