outlook printing error

hi,

i'm trying to print an email sent to me from taiwan in outlook 97, but as
soon as i print it, it gives
"printer not ready" error and bombs out, and prints a whole lot of
gibberish.
I did load the language drivers (chinese simplified, traditional etc and for
japanese and korean) but with no success.

I'm using Win98 on a P4 pc.

Please help as i've run out of ideas.
