Outlook printing

The user does have XP Pro SP2 and Office 2003 SP3 installed on his PC. He
uses HTML as default mail format. When he prints an e-mail only the header
prints. I have uninstalled Outlook en re-installed it. I have renamed the
file outlprn. I still have the same problem. What else can I do?

Educate your user to the fact that electronic storage is FAR superior to
paper?
