Outlook problem...sizing on screen

Does anyone out there have any experience with this? I've consulted"experts"
and they haven't a clue! Whenever I try to open Outlook (I use it for
email), it comes up HUGE and fuzzy on the screen of my laptop.
If I then go to the Desktop and click on the screen, bringing up "display",
it will be at the lowest, and by turning it up to the highest resolution, it
blanks out the screen and Outlook appears normal.
this even happens when I'm online with Microsoft and go into Office for
help, it gets HUGE on the screen!
What's going on and how do I fix this?
